- Background Check (Criminal and Credit)
- Must earn 3 times the base rent
- No current evictions or bankruptcies
- Can not owe any other landlords or utility companies
- Copy of ID/License and Social Security Card
- Copy of paystubs (2 Bi-Weekly, 4 Weekly)
How much is the application fee?
$50.00 (non-refundable) application fee (Must be paid before application can be processed)
How long does the application process take?
Minimum 48 hours for everything to process through.
