Can not owe any other landlords or utility companies
Copy of ID/License and Social Security Card
Copy of paystubs (2 Bi-Weekly, 4 Weekly)
How much is the application fee?
$50 application fee (Must be paid before application can be processed)
How long does the application process take?
Approximately 24 hours for everything to process through.
